Callum McWhinnie - Manager
Callum has over 11 years of experience in recruitment across the UK and Australia, where he has supported leading organisations with strategic recruitment projects, from mid to executive level.
At Kaizen, Callum leads the Accounting & Tax recruitment division, working closely with the firm’s Financial Services clients and recruiting at all levels, from Senior Analyst/Accountant to CFO.
Callum is committed to building strong, long-term relationships with his clients. He takes the time to thoroughly understand a business before initiating any search, recognising the critical importance of cultural fit as well as technical expertise when identifying the ideal candidate. He is also passionate about data, offering clients a comprehensive market overview from the outset of the search through to the successful placement.
Outside of work, Callum is an avid runner and gym enthusiast. He has completed several half marathons, a full marathon, and most recently, his first Hyrox competition.
Thomas Gueho - Manager
Originally from Mauritius Island, Tom holds a Master of International Business from European Business School and bring over 8 years of experience in permanent and contract recruitment within Finance and Accounting.
He began his career in Paris and developed an international perspective through living in Ireland and Spain during his studies. Trilingual in French, English, and Spanish, he builds strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Since relocating to Australia in 2021, he has partnered with organisations ranging from high-growth private businesses to large listed groups; placing Finance and Accounting professionals from qualified level through to senior leadership.
Tom’s expertise spans Reporting, Controls, Tax, Finance Systems, Treasury, Commercial Finance, and Corporate Finance (FP&A, Investment, M&A).
Outside of work, you’ll find him on the tennis court, camping or hiking to switch off, or following rugby union.
