Charlie Bird

Charlie has been recruiting for the last 9 years specifically with the retail banks, lenders, and private credit firms in the UK covering all things Projects, Change & Transformation with a focus on hiring contract and permanent staff.

With aligned interest and expertise in operating within the financial services market, Charlie joins Kaizen Recruitment specialising in placing both permanent and interim professionals into Superannuation, Funds, Banks, Lenders, Private Debt and Credit, Wealth Management organisations across Australia. With a strong understanding of the sector, he connects organisations with skilled professionals who can deliver immediate impact and long-term value.

Outside of work he plays a variety of sports from Football (Soccer), Cricket, and Golf. The team that that he follows is Crystal Palace and was a season ticket holder there which caused him many years of pain. Outside of sports he likes to take his dog Olli out for long walks and get him the occasional pup cup.
